*In order to qualify for the domestic free shipping promo, the total price of your order must be greater than $49.00 before tax. The free shipping offer is not applicable to tax or shipping and handling charges.
**Domestic and Worldwide shipping costs vary by courier, option, weight and destination. Reference shipping timelines offered during checkout and through shipping confirmation emails for most relevant timeframes. The timeline from respective shipping couriers is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship outside this timeframe. All orders are shipped from Southern California. Mama Coco is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays, or stolen packages.
***Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the Domestic Express shipping option: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes.
Please note that all orders with a value of $300 or more will require signature upon delivery to ensure the arrival of your order. Make sure to monitor the carrier tracking provided so your delivery can be signed for. If a delivery is missed, please refer to the notice left by the carrier and work directly with the carrier to reschedule the delivery or hold for pickup.
When will I receive my Pre-Order?
All pre-order item(s) will be fulfilled as soon as they become available and you will be notified when your order is preparing for shipment. Please note, if there are additional items in your order then these will ship together with the pre-order item(s).

Please reference checkout for the current shipping method(s), couriers, rates and estimated timelines based on order destination. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Does my international order total include taxes, duties, VAT and misc international import and/or carrier fees?
Yes, import taxes/duties/VAT are now automatically included and visible during checkout as well as upon order confirmation to ensure a seamless shopping and shipping experience.
